EB Rebrand Story
recently, Wickes launched a rebrand for the EB side of the business. The challenge they were facing was that they had a great culture within the company, but they didn’t have the tools to shout about it.
The rebrand’s main focus was putting their unique culture into words, and put their current employees front and centre.
The employees drew some ‘doodles’ for a playful touch, and they paired those with the new Employer Brand messaging, bringing over the Wickes brand colours to tie it altogether.
As a part of the rollout, Wickes wanted to document how this all came together by asking some of the key people behind it to talk about their role in the rebrand.
The video gives a nice insight into the thought processes behind everything, and it also showcases the brilliant colleague culture Wickes have cultivated over the years.
