To help increase job applications, Electronic Arts commissioned a few videos to spotlight some open roles that were often overlooked in the gaming industry.

We focused on people who were passionate about their job, and gave them a platform to talk authentically about what they do and why they do it. This not only increased awareness for different types of roles in EA, but it also highlighted company’s culture, and the support they give their employees.
